  • How to think about reasonable assumptions
  • Debt features: Excess cash sweep, circ. on interest, revolver, financing fee, mezz debt with PIK interest
  • Equity features: Co-investor, management rollover equity, management options
  • Deal structure: Leverage, cash to B/S, mix of primary and secondary
  • Intro to modeling add-on acquisitions

Everything you need to know about the PE Modeling course offering

  • What is the structure of the course?

    The PE Modeling course is broken out into 3 modules (Intro LBO, Advanced LBO, and Software Analysis) and is comprised of 6 2-hour sessions for a total of 12-hours of training. You can sign up for individual modules, or all three.  To sign up for individual modules, go to the relevant course page (Intro LBO, Advanced LBO, Software Analysis).

    The classes are highly-interactive Zoom-based classes. They are designed so you can follow along in your own materials and try out what you’re learning during the class.

  • What is the pricing for the course?

    All 3 Modules: $2,200
    Intro: $1,250
    Advanced: $825
    Software: $350

    Undergrad student: $475 for the full course (use PEUNDERGRAD at checkout – applicable only to full course option)

  • What if I cannot attend a session live?

    While we highly encourage live attendance to get the most out of the training, class recordings will be available to review following each session.
